That's funny, I was thinking about how that song might fit Danny because maybe he's half-ghost because when he died heaven wouldn't take him in so he came back as half-ghost instead. He has to deal with the pain of not being allowed to fully die but not being able to fully live either; if you think about it, it's sort of curse.
